Collaborative Care

The doctors, allied health professionals and nursing staff at Ramsay Street Medical Centre take a collaborative approach to caring for elderly patients.  We understand that many seniors can have multiple and, in some cases, complex health issues.

Our aim is assist our patients to live healthy and productive lives.   In addition to regular check-ups, we offer comprehensive senior health care plans and treatments, chronic disease management and help to access additional services that may be available in the community.
